Position: Medical Technologist (Lab)

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on blood, tissue, and other body fluids using advanced laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results and provide accurate, timely information to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, cell counters, and automated analyzers.
• Document findings clearly and communicate results to physicians and relevant healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations when handling samples and chemicals.
• Maintain detailed records of all laboratory procedures and uphold patient data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with medical teams for better patient care and treatment planning.
