Responsibilities & Context
- Transcribe doctor’s prescription and write investigation report.
- Make sure that the transcription is correct & complete.
- Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a prescription that could compromise patient health.
- Follow up with the doctor to ensure the accuracy of the prescription.
- Provide patient service whenever required.
