Responsibilities & Context
- Be part of the BDM Membership Experience Unit for improving Member response
- Write and post ads for new Bikroy Members by collaborating with Team Lead and Field Sales Executives
- Collect ad materials (images, descriptions, company details) from assigned members to complete the ad posts
- Communicate with members upon ad posting and get their feedback for improvement
- Utilize ad promotions to increase response rates for new ads
- Assist members with questions and queries and ensure the best possible experience forBikroy Membership Package
- Visit members to engage and build relationships with them for extending their tenure withBikroy
