Additional Requirements
Mentorship & Teaching Skills: A strong passion for mentoring, guiding, and inspiring students to excel in graphic design. Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Motion Graphics: Strong understanding of motion graphics with hands-on experience in tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and effectively.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to inspire and foster a creative learning environment.
Student Evaluation: Capability to assess and provide constructive feedback on students’ work, helping them grow and improve their skills.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional design work, including various creative projects.

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Graphics Designer Mentor to join our team and guide students in mastering graphic design skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, excellent teaching abilities, and a desire to inspire and mentor aspiring designers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead interactive training sessions focused on graphic design principles, techniques, and tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Curriculum Development: Create, update, and enhance course materials to ensure they align with industry standards and the latest trends in design.
- Student Evaluation: Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their design skills.
- Hands-on Learning: Provide practical training on live projects to enable students to build their portfolios.
- Encourage Creativity: Foster a creative and supportive environment that motivates students to explore their full potential.
- Stay Updated: Continuously enhance your knowledge of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure relevant teaching materials.
