We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and top-notch execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction and interior projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
• Supervise MEP installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct load calculations, energy efficiency analysis, and system performance evaluations.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure proper selection and procurement of MEP equipment and materials.
• Monitor the quality of MEP work and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems before project handover.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
