Additional Requirements

Work as MEP Manager at the site for a new building project
Work for the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing system of a multi-story office building, including green building and BMS system.
Grab the client’s and consultant’s design concept, and communicate with them in the periodic meeting /council.
Understand and analyze project designs/drawings and engineering aspects, collaborating with the team to develop planning to construct within budgets and schedule.
Lead MEP staff to instruct their responsibilities, duties, schedule, target, and goal.
Control and monitor subcontractors’ work progress and working plans to achieve targets within budget and schedule.
Coordinate with PM, section managers, QS/QC, procurement, safety staff, and subcontractors to control MEP works
Prepare document for construction, such as shop drawings, method statements, material proposal, maintenance /operation manual, and As-built drawings.
Monitor site work progress. Make a catch-up plan when needed in coordination with subcontractors and site staff.
Review Work inspection Report (WIR), prepare progress report, and estimate payment progress.
