• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with merchandising software or ERP systems is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating the sample development process, bridging design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with design and product development teams to understand design concepts, technical packages, and sampling needs.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive sampling calendar, ensuring timely completion of all sampling stages (proto, fit, size set, pre-production).
• Source necessary fabrics and trims by liaising with local and international suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pattern making, cutting, sewing) and external vendors/factories to ensure smooth sample production.
• Organize and facilitate sample review meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the approval process for samples, ensuring all product specifications are met prior to production.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in the sample development process.
• Stay informed of industry trends, innovations in sampling techniques, and new materials.
