Additional Requirements
- A minimum of 3-4 years of job experience is required as a Merchandiser for Matalan customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
- Taking order clarification from the buyer and proceeding accordingly.
- Arranging all sampling approval from the buyer and passing that to the concerned Factories.
- Making PPT of monthly New orders.
- Analyze and sort out all possible problems by discussing with vendors and the technical team .
- Collect feedback from the buyer and ensure all possible solutions and make preventive action plans.
- Sending Po’s to the concerned factory and updating the Master Order Tracking Chart accordingly.
- Making Sales Contracts & sending to the factory.
- Follow up all sampling.
- Making each style production File with the approved paper pattern, technical notes, approved samples, trim cards, and bulk shades for the QA Team.
- Perform other duties as required.
