Responsibilities & Context

• Provide regular updates on order status and inquiries.
• Ensure the correct and timely submission of samples for confirmed orders and new developments.
• Supervise sample house activities and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor daily production activities and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with buyers to provide updates on production status, quality checks, and delivery schedules·
• Monitor inventory levels, order quantities, and ensure materials availability for production.·
• Prepare Time and action plan (TNA) and also sourcing plan with execution.
• Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
• Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management
