Responsibilities & Context
- Arrange all types of fabrics, yarns and accessories required for production from local and foreign sources.
- Have a sound knowledge of product consumption, costing, and pricing procedures.
- Manage and ensure accurate budgeting, fabric booking sheets, and BOM sheets.
- Maintain and execute Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with production, quality control (QA), and other relevant teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee sample development and approval processes in coordination with buyers.
- Serve as the liaison between buyers, garment factories, and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving up until shipment.
