Responsibilities & Context

We are young, growing and professionally managed apparel sourcing company working on behalf of European and American Brands / Retailers as their local partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up the position-

• Capable to deal with Inditex buyers & handle factories independently.
• Capable to source factories.
• Sound knowledge about fabric, development, Wash, trims, print, embroidery etc.
• Having costing knowledge and consumptions.
• Establish, monitor and follow-up critical path / time & action plan management to ensure timely shipment.
• Those who have experience working with UK / European clients in a buying office will be given preference.
• Handle to capable seasonal development will be given preference.
• Should have strong souring capability of Factory/ Fabric/ Trims independently.
• Have to be a good Team Player & Leadership quality to lead the team.
• Experience in Business Development and Sourcing.
• Manage and Grow Business with existing clients.
• Capable to develop new Business, Client as well as Product.
• Costing knowledge of Denim.
• Provide technical support to our product development and production team.
• Ensure all aspects of technical pre-production work specially to maintain fit integrity of approval sample and continuity of product quality throughout bulk production are implemented.
