IHM Garments & Textiles Co. Ltd. Is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Garments Locate at(plot# 44-46 1stphase IEPZ) , Export Processing Zone,Ishwardi,Paksey, Pabna.

• We are looking for highly skilled Merchandiser.

• Market visit on regular basis to develop new Customers/Buyers as well as retain existing customers to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.

• Developing and retaining the business in the arena of Garments trims & accessories industry.

• Do market research to observe the business trends as well as find out competitor’s information to make internal strategy as well as develop new service offer to clients.

• Preparing Marketing Budget & Implement efficiently.

• Preparing Marketing Campaign & Strategy.

• Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.

• Maintain client database & follow instructions of immediate supervisor.

• Coordinating with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction.

• Prepare report along with presentation on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per marketing and promotional activity requirements.

• Preparing corporate proposal to meet the clients need.

• Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.

• Proper planning to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up production to ensure on time delivery.

• Co-ordinate with production & Quality team to ensure buyer demand.

• Other work as advised by Top Management.

• Merchandiser should be ability Good communication in English and Japanese or Chinese language.

• Communicate with Japanese and Chinese Customer and Buyer.
