Education
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Management, English, International Business, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 26 years
Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and career-driven fresh graduates to join our Customer Support team. This position is ideal for candidates eager to begin their professional journey in the garment accessories industry. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally through email, phone, and online platforms.
Assist in receiving and processing customer orders.
Coordinate with Product Development, Production, Planning, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Follow up on order status and provide timely updates to customers.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and customer-related reports.
Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.
Handle customer feedback and support efforts to resolve issues promptly.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
