Additional Requirements

Must have experience with Buyer – KOHL’S for 5 years
Must be able to do open- costing and sourcing independently
Have conversant to dealing any foreign buyers and managing them competently.
Should have sound knowledge on oven products and its product development.
Should have proven leadership and coordination skills.
Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.

To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Work closely with in house designers to meet Buyer’s needs.
Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time. Have knowledge on large scale US and UK retailers.
