Summary

Education

Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline but preference will be given to textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university.

Experience

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

The Candidate must have hands-on experience in Lingerie manufacturing process.
To meet the objectives and targets of the Merchandising department.
Communicate with buying team on a daily basis.
Strong knowledge of fabric & trim cost.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ready Made Garment Factories and Buying Offices.
Strong communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, proactive and goal oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

Must be capable to contact with a potential buyer for Business Development.
Develop new Buyer and handle different Buyer’s orders independently.
Costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the suppliers to reach the final acceptable prices.
Communicate with fabric, trims, and accessories supplier for booking and on time delivery.
Maintain communication with buyers regarding sample follow up and all other issues.
Proper execution of orders according to planned ‘Time and Action Plan’ on regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with right quality and quantity.
Handle day to day merchandising operation.
Coordinate with factory production team.
