Experience
- At least 7 years
Additional Requirements
- At least 7 years merchandising experience preferably in a reputed buying office or factory in Knits & Woven category.
- Must have extensive experience of product development, costing, production tracking and execution, handling multiple brands at a time.
- Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically fabric type/properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing).
- Should have excellent understanding of production process.
- Should have a passion for product development, an eye for styles/details/fit/pp & other samples.
- Must be capable of handling buyers independently in tremendous pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
- Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
- IT proficiency – advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
