• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile, Fashion design or any other related field.

• Age 22 to 40 years

• Minimum 4/6 years of experiences in similar role of any Outer-wear, Ski-wear, Technical-wear & Work-wear factory.
• Must have technical & product knowledge on Outer-wear, Ski-wear, Technical-wear & Work-wear.
• Having good knowledge about customer/Buyer (outerwear, Ski wear, Technical wear & Work wear) & also having good relation with them.
• Must have knowledge on project management, Lead time.

SILKEN SEWING has started its journey in 2008 in knit apparel manufacturing with the vision of having one of the regarded & trusted home for the Apparel manufacturing in the world. Today, we consider ourselves as one of the rapid growing company. It has further diversified & expending its production range towards the Outerwear & Sportswear areas & will start our outerwear unit by 2021. Silken has its own design team in UK who continuously provides design & development supports to the customer.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Follow up total order from development to shipment.Have to do costing, product development, BOM and T&A Plan
• Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
• Have to Source, negotiate and also able to deliver the right products at the right price on time.
• Have to coordinate daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample and bulk production.
• Have to make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
• Have to do effective Communication for raw materials.Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
• Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.T
• o follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments in time.
• Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
• Analyzing sales information and actual CM
