Responsibilities & Context
A 100% Danim & Jaket Garments sourcing / Buying office requires Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser to be filled up by talented professional for Dhaka.
- Follow-up an order from product development to shipment.Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.
- Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
- Must have sound knowledge in consumption & costing.
- Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
- Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
- Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories to develop samples.
- Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.
- Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
