Additional Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has work experience with direct buyers (sweaters) and can develop or bring the direct buyer to the current company portfolio.
Prepare cost sheet for each product, review production tech pack, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancy, and arrange missing color standards for each key account as per requirement.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain of yarn, accessories, and timely production and final inspection/delivery.
Coordination with buyers and collect latest product designs, yarn qualities those are going to be used in coming seasons.
Send request to designing department for developing swatches & samples.
Prepare material requirement sheet and get sourcing done of required yarns, trims and accessories from local and imported suppliers.
Responsible for quality standards of sourced material.
Get approvals of Lab dips, PP and strike offs directly.
Value added processes like printing and embroidery work is get done by merchandiser if required in product.
Explain designer about the design and buyers requirement mentioned in spec sheet
Send samples to buyers for approvals on each stage of development and download buyer’s comments to sampling team and production team.
Do follow up with sampling section at the time of sample making.
Check finished sample and arrange to send the samples to the buyer.
Costing of developed products. Any other task as an when required.
