- IT proficiency – advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
Responsibilities & Context
- Must have extensive experience of product development, costing, production tracking and execution, handling multiple brands at a time.
- Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically fabric type/properties & Other’s Raw Materials with Update Price.
- Should have excellent understanding of production process & make TNA
- Should have a passion for product development, an eye for styles/details/pp & other samples.
- Must be capable of handling buyers and suppliers independently in tremendous pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
- Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
