Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Graduation in Marketing or business discipline from any reputed institution.
• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

Experience

• At least 3 years

  Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic talent as a Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator to the Managing Director who is experienced in this field or interested in working in this area.

Job location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.

• Coordinating and monitoring Merchandising & Marketing plans and specifications.
• Coordinating implementation of SOPs for Merchandising & Marketing with cross-functional departments & factory heads to manage the critical path to improvise on timely shipment execution.
• Communication with the Buyers and Merchandising teams to fulfill different requirements.
• Ensuring timely availability of input materials by coordinating with the supply chain team.
• Tracking production output to ensure alignment with quality and quantity targets.
• Ensuring that costing and production meet with targets while ensuring buyers’ requirements.
• Coordinating with the merchandising and production teams on a periodic basis to ensure that profit is maximized and maintained to reach the target.
• Maintaining liaison/coordination with other departments within the organization to ensure that shipments are completed properly.
• Generating regular reports on production progress and sharing updates with the Managing Director.
• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the Managing Director.
