Requirements

Educational background in textiles

Worked in a textile company for a minimum of 10 years and 5 years of experience at managerial level with handling diverse teams dispersed over different geographies

Technical knowledge of sewing processes and pattern

Strong vendor management skills

Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Ability to analyze data and create reports

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Keen attention to detail and organizational prowess

Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily business operations, driving the company’s operating capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction

Developing and implementing growth strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction

Delegating responsibilities and deploying various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities

Evaluating performance and productivity of mills & suppliers and making forward planning to build a resilient supply chain

Creating and managing budgets to control company overheads·       Researching and identifying growth opportunities

Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices

Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies; collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
