Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology or Masters from any public university.
- Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacture and Technology
Experience
- At least 15 years

- At least 15 years’ experience on GARMENT sector.
- The applicants should have vast knowledge on multiproduct i.e.; Shirt pant, jacket. Vest, coverall etc.
- Proven working experience in merchandising.
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Candidate should have experience to work with WALMART, C&A, ACEDEMY, GEORGE & American Buyer.
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.

We are looking for, positive thinker, innovative & experienced Merchandiser. who will carry out the relationship with our customers and will help the company to have a good business relationship with them.
Job Responsibilities
- Should be able in sourcing new orders as per production capacity of the factory.
- Capable to develop new business with Buyers.
- Follow up all product development related issue of the Buyers/Brands
- Should be able to take full responsibility of marketing of a large woven garments factory.
- Should have links with foreign reputed buyers and buying house have the ability to get export orders.
- Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain maximum profitability.
- To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
- The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
