Additional Requirements

Work with reputed foreign buyers/ buying houses from footwear sector.
Get to know the customer base in footwear industry and understand their motivation and sales drive.
Gather information on market trends and customer’s reaction to different categories of footwear.
Manage buyers from initial communication to shipment.
Work with suppliers and distributors to negotiate price and order materials.
Collaborate with suppliers, design and production team to execute orders and comply with buyer’s requirements.
Plan and analyze production, maintain inventory of materials, and train employees.
Determine the needs for development in the layout of the factory and maintain quality assurance.
Meet order targets, report growth.
Any other tasks assigned by the management
