Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

The Meta/Facebook Expert will manage, optimize, and execute impactful plans on Meta platforms to drive lead generation, audience engagement, brand visibility, and Return on Investment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content management, paid advertising, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Plan Development Support

• Develop and implement detailed Meta/Facebook marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze trends and insights to create data-driven approaches for audience engagement and lead generation.

Campaign Management

• Create, launch, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns (e.g., lead generation, engagement, and conversions).
• Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure cost-effective performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and targeting.

Content Management & Publishing

• Oversee the creation and scheduling of posts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Manage publishing calendars and ensure timely updates across Facebook Pages and Groups.

Audience Engagement

• Respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and messages on Facebook to build strong audience relationships.
• Monitor and manage Facebook Groups, Events, and community interactions to foster engagement.
• Implement strategies to grow followers and improve audience retention.

Lead Generation

• Design and execute lead generation campaigns to increase quality leads.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential leads.
• Work with the sales team to ensure proper lead nurturing and conversion.

Paid Advertising

• Create and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms, focusing on maximizing ROI.
• Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach desired audiences effectively.
• Stay updated on advertising trends and apply them to campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use Meta tools like Ads Manager and Analytics to monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.

Platform Updates & Compliance

• Stay updated on changes in Meta platforms, tools, and advertising policies.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook’s advertising guidelines.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader business goals.
• Support cross-platform activities involving Instagram, WhatsApp, and other Meta services.
