Responsibilities & Context

• Coordinate with the Process engineering team, continuous improvement projects, standardizations & process improvement through the implementation of Lean manufacturing & Six Sigma concepts.
• Work in a team with process engineering for continuous improvement as well as work for cost-saving projects.
• Proposed & recommended strategies for KAIZEN to optimize our facilities, ergonomics, and safety by eliminating waste.
• Perform Method & Time study for the standardization of all processes and machines.
• Perform Method & Time study for manpower allocation & Standard target setup of all processes.
• Workload calculation of all processes through time study.
• Mapping of all indirect personnel work and the standard ratio in all areas.
• Develop Standard manpower utilization for all departments according to the job description.
• Perform cost-saving projects to increase efficiency, production, and quality improvement.
• Identify NVA (Non-Value Added) activity and NPT (Non-Productive Time) and reduce it through different IE tools.
• Maintaining all operational GQS procedures, instructions & format.
• Prepare & report weekly & monthly KPI to his/her supervisor.
• Perform any other operation-related function directed by the immediate supervisor.
