M. Sc in Microbiology from any reputed University.Two years in any Microbiological Lab/ Food & Beverage products will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context
To Conduct the Microbiological tests of different parameters related with Food and Beverage Products. Record keeping and reporting as per ISO standards.To ensure safe Food and Beverage, monitoring personnel hygiene test.To ensure random sampling from different areas of the production process as per ISO standards.To ensure the recording, analyzing and interpreting data as per SOP.Ensuring safe and healthy food production as standard in all processing steps.Ensure regular Inspection of sugar Manufacturing process and to prevent possible Microbial contamination in any place of production line to be checked.All analytical works in Microbial laboratory to be done as per ISO- 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000 Standard.Daily / Weekly / Monthly -Any analytical reports to be submitted to QC Manager and Chief chemist and carry out any assignment given by the Senior Management when required.
