- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
Experience
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform microbiological testing of dairy products including TPC, coliforms, yeast & mold, and pathogen detection
- Monitor hygiene practices throughout the production process
- Ensure product quality in coordination with QA/QC teams
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and HACCP standards
- Assist in troubleshooting microbiological issues in raw materials and finished products
