  • 1-2 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in ERP or software development projects in manufacturing, garments, or textile domains.

Technical Skills:

  • Skilled in requirement elicitation techniques, documentation, process mapping, ERP Implementation and business process re-engineering.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically production, inventory, supply chain, HR, Sales, and finance modules.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

We are seeking a skilled software Business Analyst to join our team in developing an integrated ERP system. This ERP solution is tailored to streamline and optimize end-to-end operations, addressing the unique requirements of various manufacturing industries. You’ll play a critical role in aligning the software’s capabilities with business needs, coordinating between stakeholders and the development team, and ensuring a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, focusing on features for sales, production, supply chain, quality control, and financial management within the ERP.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimized processes to integrate within the ERP.
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), SRS, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams (e.g., BPMN 2.0, ER Diagram).
  • Facilitate regular discussions with clients, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates on project status.
  • Identify and document discrepancies between current ERP capabilities and desired functionality, proposing solutions or workarounds.
  • Assist in creating test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating ERP features to ensure they align with business needs and requirements.
  • Provide training to end-users and support the implementation team in addressing user queries and issues post-implementation.
  • Work closely with the project manager to identify potential project risks, propose contingency plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide hands-on support during ERP system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholder’s post-implementation, driving enhancements and refinements to the ERP solution.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
