Responsibilities & Context

Learning and Development:

• Learn and work with LangChain and LLM technologies under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Explore and gain experience with vector databases such as Pinecone and GPTCache.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LangChain, LLM, vector databases, semantic matching, retrieval augmented generation, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and LLM APIs.

Project Involvement:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of AI-powered applications.

• Participate in projects involving LangChain, LLM, vector databases, semantic matching, retrieval augmented generation, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning, contributing to the design and implementation of features.

• Integrate new frameworks and libraries such as LangChain independently and successfully.

• Maintain integration with LLM APIs for OpenAI and Llama.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and provide input on solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and support the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional development experience.

• Basic understanding of programming and interest in AI technologies.

• Familiarity with Python or Node.js.

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Proven experience in successfully and independently integrating new frameworks and libraries.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Availability to work US hours specifically from 9-11am PST and 7-9pm PST.

• Language proficiency in Bengali or English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience with AI or machine learning concepts.

• Interest in LangChain, LLM development, vector databases, semantic matching, retrieval augmented generation, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Understanding of basic programming principles and frameworks.

• Experience with data science and related technologies.
