Responsibilities & Context
RDRS Bangladesh is going to implement Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System in Rangpur, Bangladesh Project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat District supported by Save The Children International (SCI).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols;
- Prepare a patient for examination and perform routine diagnostic check/ monitor pulse, temperature, blood pressure, administer drug and injection;
- Documents patients care service by updating patient register and other record regularly;
- Assist medical doctor in preparing the daily report for future submission;
- Guide and assist in patient triage, infection control, and prevention, patients counseling, cleanliness etc.;
- Assist in outreach health programs, coordinate with health NGO partner and volunteers and support them in community health preventive activities;
- Maintain checklist of all medical & delivery equipment and medicines to ensure that all medical tips are ready and fully stocked with all medical supplements organized, listed, and within expiration period;
- Assist medical doctor in identifying priority health needs and other activates including but not listed to regular diseases outbreak monitoring, collecting statistical information, take part in health awareness campaign, etc.;
- Provide ANC, PNC, Normal delivery, Inpatient care and immunization.
