Responsibilities & Context
Purpose Of The Position
Assist mini covered van delivery operations through efficient product handling, loading, unloading, and delivery coordination to ensure smooth and timely distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Assist loading and unloading of products during delivery operations
- Support drivers in delivery route execution and customer handovers
- Verify delivery quantities and product conditions during transportation
- Maintain delivery acknowledgment and supporting documents
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and sensitive items
- Assist in vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Report damages, shortages, or delivery issues promptly
- Follow safety and material handling procedures during operations
- Support reverse logistics and return product handling activities
- Coordinate with depot teams during dispatch and return activities
