Requirements

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 32 years

• At least 2–3 years of experience in distribution or food FMCG-related industries.
• Hands-on experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Previous experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and supply chain processes, especially in FMCG (Food industry preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

• Learn the ERP system module-wise and identify gaps in adoption.
• Develop and document business processes and workflows for ERP use.
• Train ERP users and ensure consistent adoption across all teams.
• Monitor daily data input and ensure compliance with established SOPs.
• Follow up with concerned teams for resolving input errors or delays.
• Check data hygiene and validate accuracy.
• Create and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for data insights.
• Generate actionable reports and insights to support decision-making.
