- এমআরএ/পিকেএসএফ এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত ৩০-৩৫টি ব্রাঞ্চ পরিচালনাকারী এনজিও তে MIS Officer পদে নুন্যতম ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- মাইক্রোফিন ৩৬০ সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা অধিকতর প্রাধান্য পাবে।
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to help desk requests, and providing training as needed.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the NGO’s data and systems.
- Generating reports by using software and MS Excel.
- Maintain & Update Official Website and other social sites.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
- Perform other MIS related duties as assigned.
