Additional Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or MIS roles (preferably in FMCG or grocery industry).
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking a Sales MIS Officer to maintain and manage daily sales records, analyze sales performance, and support the management team with accurate data. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, responsible, and grounded in Islamic values of honesty and discipline.

• Record and maintain daily sales data from retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to verify order completion and payment status.
• Identify sales trends, variances, and stock movement for decision-making.
• Manage customer and product databases using spreadsheets or accounting/MIS software.
• Provide regular updates to senior management with transparency and integrity.
• Support audit and reconciliation processes with proper documentation.
• Ensure all MIS practices are clean, halal, and compliant with company values.
