Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.·
- Proven experience in Power BI, MS Excel, Google work place.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) and tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the textile and apparel industry or manufacturing sector is a plus. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters with standard office
- hours.
- The successful candidate will report directly to CTO (Chief Transformation Officer) and collaborate closely with all relevant team members of interest
Responsibilities & Context
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business strategy.
- Develop and deliver clear, insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using advanced Excel features such as PivotTables, Power Query, and macros.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling visual representations of key data trends and insights.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and analysis of performance trends and variances from targets
