Responsibilities & Context
- Operate and monitor the mixing equipment to prepare dough as per production specifications.
- Measure and add ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
- Perform routine checks on mixing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the mixing area and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on the prepared dough to meet production standards.
- Record and report production data and any deviations to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety and operational guidelines during the mixing process.
- Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
