Job Responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are searching for a highly skilled Sample/CAD In charge who will manage the Sample Room. This role requires expertise in pattern-making, technical oversight, and hands-on sample room management. The successful candidate will be capable of ensuring quality in garment samples, optimizing fabric use, and maintaining efficient buyer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pattern Development: Skilled in both manual and software-based pattern creation, ensuring patterns meet high accuracy standards.
- Buyer Interaction: Communication with buyers/Merchandising team to address technical, quality, and pattern-related queries. Garment Consumption Calculations: Precise garment consumption analysis using both manual methods and specialized software.
- Independent Pattern Development: Develop, grade, and correct patterns independently, achieving 100% accuracy as per production standards.
- Sample Room Oversight: Manage sample room activities to ensure timely and quality sample production, coordinating closely with production team.
Educational Qualification
- HSC/Bachelor/ Honors from any reputed Institution
Experience
- At least 5 years at the mentioned position (Candidates having experience to perform activities with TORRY Software will get priority.
Age Limit
- 40 Years
Location
- Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates experienced in woven garments (Pant, Jacket, Overall) will get priority.
- Good communication skills both in Spoken & Written English also will give preference
