- Practical experience on develop/review MIS
- Good understanding on Project cycle, LFA, TOC, SDGs
- Must have excellent computer skills, Internet browsing and Bangla (Bijoy) is mandatory.
- Experience on RMG sector and working with worker and trade union will be given preference
- Ability to work with team and independently
- Having sound written and verbal communication skills in English

- The position is based in Dhaka HQ with field visits in the project areas

Name of the Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Monitoring Evaluation Officer is a technical position responsible for monitor the project activities and support to program team for the quality implementation to achieve the optimum outcome of the project. This is a neutral position and will work in consultation with the BLF MEAL team and Program team. This is a project based full time position based on BLF head office but frequently field visit is mandatory. This position is reported directly to Executive Director of BLF.
Preferred Job Description/Responsibility
- Prepare project M&E Plan as per project proposal and guideline
- Contribute to review project proposals based on Logical Framework Matrix, Year-wise plan and Budget;
- Prepare year-wise and month-wise operational plan with assistance of projects concerned;
- Develop different formats/tools relating to program monitoring;
- Tracking progress of indicators and activities compare to operational targets;
- Visit working areas to monitor projects activities, provide feedback to concerned persons and prepare and submit monitoring reports;
- Contribute in reporting for donor/partners and for the organization by preparing tables and graphs etc.;
- Collect and analyze project data for assessing the progress/results/trends;
- Initiate sharing of internal learning among staff members within the project and organization;
- Develop/ Review MIS for project and ensure regular update and maintain
- Other responsibilities allocated by BLF.
