Responsibilities & Context
Green Delta Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading non-life insurance company in Bangladesh is looking for energetic, committed individuals for its Impact Business Department.
- Developing and strengthening monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
- Monitoring all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output.
- Recommending further areas of improvement of the logical framework.
- Developing, monitoring and evaluating indicators for the project’s success.
- Brainstorming feasible project concepts with the assistance of line manager.
- Providing feedback to the project Manager on project strategies and activities.
- Suggesting strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
- Reporting monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Manager
- Assisting the manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations
