Requirements
Education
Master’s degree pass but Journalism/English will be preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field and development, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, communication, and documentation process/training. Applicants should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports. A valid motorcycle driving license is required.

Responsibilities & Context
The position oversees the design and management of monitoring and documentation systems based on project requirements. Responsibilities include capturing best practices, conducting field visits for documentation, and enhancing the skills of project staff and stakeholders in communication, facilitation, and report writing. The Monitoring and Documentation Coordinator documents various project components through text, photos, social media, and newsletters, sharing findings with internal and external parties. This role also involves developing a user-friendly feedback framework in consultation with the project team and assisting various project staff (CHW/Midwives/Office Assistant/ Project Officer/ Finance Coordinator/District Facilitator/Project Manager) to integrate interventions and build their capacity in documentation, monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation.
1. Monitoring & Documentation:
- Conduct data analysis and necessary feedback regularly, depending on project timelines, schedules, and management needs·
- Coordinate with Project Manager, District Facilitators, Finance Coordinator, Project Officer, Midwives, Community Health Workers, and Office Assistant, in conducting field visits to program sites for monitoring and tracking of project activities ·
- Contribute to monthly, and quarterly GPS online reporting, six monthly and annual reports to clients/donors·
- Participate in refining and tracking indicators and targets with staff Develop & use Kobo data collection procedure and tools·
- Develop and implement data quality assurance systems·
- Provide constructive feedback to management on the aspect of field findingsEnsure that the impact of the program and lessons learned were documented properlyClose contact with LAMB MIS-R for getting data and reporting in time
2. Service Delivery·
- Develop quality documentation on processes, achievements, learning, and challenges throughout the project implementation·
- Develop and coordinate printing of required IEC & BCC material·
- Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletters, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials·
- Maintain an electronic documentation system of the project implementation at the organization level·
- Assist in maintaining liaison with the government departments in Upazila, district and Division levels to involve the relevant departments in the project activities·
- Assist and support the project team in program implementation· Provide support to Coordinate with Project Manager, District Facilitators, Finance Coordinator, Project Officer, Midwives, Community Health Workers, and Office Assistant on monitoring of field activities
3. Networking and Dissemination:
- Attend coordination meetings, workshops, and seminars at UHC, CS, DD-SS, DD-WCA, and Division level as per project needs.
- Support to take organize training /workshop meetings for Local Government and NGOs·
- Develop a better relationship and coordination with local administration and other NGOs·
- Assist project personnel in developing a good network among like-minded NGOs and Journalists (Printing and Electronic Media)
4. Integration of spiritual, emotional and social health:
- Ensure that prayer occurs before meetings, training, and seminars·
- Be able to explain to anyone who asks LAMB motto and logo·
- Be an example in implementing the project activities to the organizational mission, vision, and values
- Comply with LAMB policies and practices with respect to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunity, and other relevant policies and procedures.
5. Attends the following meetings:
- Monthly staff meetings, CHDP coordination meetings, and relevant community group meetings.
- Dissemination of knowledge and sharing rehabilitation model·
- Assist in organizing a national or regional conference ·
- Project Monitoring, quality control, evaluation and reporting:
- Prepare monitoring, reporting, and documentation plan of project.
- Responsible to oversee the implementation of the assessment, consultations, and scaling up of the SRMNCAH Project’s service delivery as per plan in the program areas·
- Supervise the staff of the project & overall program monitoring, and reporting according to the budget of the project·
- Assist the organization during evaluation, and small study to measure the progress and impact of the project.
- Collate information as needed for donor reporting and send reports to concerned management with the consultation of the Project Manager·
- Develop monitoring tools and schedule, and ensure that program monitoring and evaluation are conducted periodically·
- Regularly monitor SRMNCAH Project’s activities as well as conduct periodic program reviews with the assistance of the Project Manager and prepare monitoring reports.
- Ensuring Quality Standards (QS) of project activities and establishing a Quality Assurance (QA) System·
- Make an arrangement for the evaluation of the project and the documentation of lessons learned, in consultation with LAMB management·
- Ensure the successful implementation of the planning, monitoring evaluation and reporting systems for the program that meets the donor’s and LAMB’s needs·
Quality control:
- Prepare program implementation guidelines·
- Arrange income-generating training with the assistance of the respective government department to ensure quality.
Reporting:
- Prepare semi-annual and annual reports to capture progress in the reporting period.
- Prepare a brief quarter report will be produced to monitor the financial and programmatic situation of the project.
- Sent monthly data to the CHDP director to update the dashboard and to monitor the project implementation progress.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Around Tk. 48,100 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
