Requirements

Education

Masters or equivalent degree preferably in Statistics/ Anthropology/ Development Economics/ Urban and Rural Planning. Advanced degree from recognised overseas institution is preferred.

Experience

• At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

At least 05 years’ demonstrated experience in M&E with reputed organisations preferably with INGOs, donor agencies or international organisations in the field of water, sanitation and hygiene is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose: As a key member of the team, s/he will actively assist in accomplishing the team’s objectives and coordinate, as assigned, with other colleagues within the organisation and partner NGOs. S/he is responsible to coordinate WAB’s technical and operational support to Programme/Project Teams and Partner NGOs with regard to monitoring, evaluation, reporting and computer/mobile-phone supported database management. In addition, s/he will follow up the result-based monitoring and different (baseline, end-line etc.) studies under various grants.
