Responsibilities & Context

Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of ‘Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Manager’ for ‘Flood Resilience Project (FRP)’ which is supported by Concern Worldwide. The project duration is December 31, 2025. The position is extendable depends on preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• ’Develop meal plan as per project requirement;
• Regularly monitor the ongoing activities of the project to ensure that they are being implemented according to the planned timeline, budget, and scope;
• Conduct field visits to observe the implementation of activities, interact with beneficiaries, and verify that the services provided meet quality standards and address the needs;Qualitative and quantitative data collection;
• Document and lessons learned throughout the project;
• Coordinate with programme team to develop appropriate monitoring tools and methodologies to ensure both qualitative and quantitative information is collected, collated and reported ensuring disaggregation of data as appropriate;
• Manage hard and soft copy documentation of all M&E files including assessments, reports, case studies and photographs;
• Provide regular training / capacity building for programme staff and partners, in all tools and methodologies;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external actors for collection of relevant statistics and data;
• Ensure the communication and dissemination of complaints handling procedures, policies and tools are appropriate to beneficiaries, project staff and other stakeholders drawing on multiple communication channels;
• Conduct different survey and prepare report accordingly.Regular coordination and communication with GUK monitoring unit, monitoring department of Concern Worldwide.
