- Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).

Join Our Team at Nitsol Bangladesh Limited! Are you looking for an exciting career in security monitoring with a fast-growing IT-enabled service provider? Nitsol Bangladesh Limited is hiring Monitoring Executives to oversee our state-of-the-art E-Surveillance System for Banks.
Location: Nitsol Bangladesh Limited, House 41, Road7, Block G, Banani, Dhaka.
Shifts: Morning (7 AM – 3 PM), Evening (2:30 PM – 10 PM), Night (10 PM – 7 AM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and detect suspicious activities at bank branches and ATM booths.
- Alert the Quick Response Team (QRT) and concerned authorities in case of any incidents.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain records for escalation.
- Communicate effectively with security teams and banking officials.
- Ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage in rotational shifts.
- Follow operational protocols to enhance the security system’s efficiency.
