Responsibilities & Context
GRASSROOT CO-OPERATION is a Bangladeshi National Non-Governmental and Non-profit, Humanitarian & Rights-based voluntary development organization working since 2008. GRC is inviting application from the eligible candidates for immediate appointment under “Bangladesh-America Maitree Project” which is funded by USAID and Prime Award BRAC for the Education Program at Rangpur district.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, including performance indicators and data collection methods.
Conduct regular assessments of project activities and outcomes to measure progress and impact.
Analyze data and provide reports on project performance to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Facilitate learning and knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
