Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.

Excellent production planning and problem-solving ability.

Good knowledge of corrugated carton manufacturing processes.

Strong understanding of quality, wastage control and cost optimisation.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP-based production systems.

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee overall factory operations and production activities.

Plan, coordinate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.

Ensure smooth operation of corrugation, printing, die-cutting, stitching, glueing, and finishing sections.

Monitor production targets, product quality, wastage, efficiency and timely delivery.

Manage manpower, machinery, raw materials and production resources effectively.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Store, Procurement, Maintenance, Sales and Accounts teams.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity.

Control production costs, minimise wastage and reduce machine downtime.

Ensure proper maintenance and optimum utilisation of machinery and equipment.

Maintain workplace discipline, safety standards and company policies.

Prepare regular production and operational reports for management.
