Education

Program Entry Requirements:

• Must meet the qualifications specified for program participation.
• Attend an Open House to understand work requirements and program structure.
• Successfully pass the screening methods, including:
• Business Sense Exam
• SHL Assessment Online (aptitude/personality/overall ability)
• Participation in the Assessment Center and interviews with the selection committee.

Responsibilities & Context

This is Future Leader Program is designed as a new generation talent development program. It is not considered an employment or internship but rather a program where applicants participate in practical training as part of the company’s future workforce.

Program Format and Working Methods:

• Operates full-time in the program management framework as assigned.
• Training and real job experience within a department (without a fixed office or regular duties).
• Ability to rotate to various departments according to a set timeframe (at least 6 months).
• Full decision-making and planning autonomy.
• A sponsor or dedicated program advisor available for consultation and guidance throughout the program.

Job Responsibility:

Relationship Management:

• Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with existing franchise owners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.

Franchise Expansion:

• Identify and attract potential franchise investors, fostering strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
• Proactively explore opportunities to expand the franchise network in underserved or high-demand areas.

Site Selection and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable locations in potential gap areas for establishing new outlets.
• Perform detailed feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of proposed locations and new market areas, considering economic, demographic, and competition factors.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to optimize market penetration and franchise success.
• Any Other job assigned by management.
