Responsibilities & Context

Our modern factory has an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solutions, Printing, and Packaging industries. We are looking for highly professional, expert, dynamic, hardworking, intelligent, and self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.

Responsible for communicating with customers from time to time over email/Phone.

Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standers. Handle all relevant customer issues concerning slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (Day sales outstanding).

Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

Provide pricing and delivery information.

Perform customer verification and set up new customer accounts. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.

Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure orders are received and processed as customers require.

Manage customers’ accounts and databases. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Record details of actions taken. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.

Need to work with ERP System.

To provide a delivery schedule to the production and dispatch department for all the next-day deliveries for the customers.

Every order detail needs to be thoroughly checked from ERP before posting for production.
