Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, ensuring job description for all.
- To maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as updated.
- Preparation of special payments like bonus, incentives, annual increments etc.
- Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.
- Process joining of new employees, background check and update GTR Software.
- Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct.
- Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
