Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, PGDHRM will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, ensuring job description for all.
  • To maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as updated.
  • Preparation of special payments like bonus, incentives, annual increments etc.
  • Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.
  • Process joining of new employees, background check and update GTR Software.
  • Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct.
  • Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
  • Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
