Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic Fresher & experienced MTO/Jr. Executive – IE & Planning to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.·
  • Prepare monthly requirement status for outsourcing products, local components, and made components as per marketing department forecasts and store data.
  • Plan production and machine schedules based on marketing department forecasts.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and execute the overall production plan according to the monthly production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of defect-free products.
  • Prepare daily production plans, including tasks such as cutting, boring, edging, and packing.
  • Ensure raw material planning aligns with the production plan.
  • Communicate with the Production Manager and Operations team to implement and follow up on the production and machine schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle communications with all showrooms regarding special orders and requirements.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication between the production and subordinates.
  • Take immediate action to address delays in product delivery due to improper implementation of production schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Production team and Quality Control to ensure the delivery of quality products.
  • Provide daily briefings to subordinates on pending planning work and arrange for the proper implementation of tasks.
  • Attend weekly and monthly production meetings.
  • Prepare monthly requirement statuses for materials such as Laminated Boards, Edging, Accessories, Plywood, Lamination Papers, and Chemicals based on marketing forecasts, actual requirements, and current stock.
  • Review monthly marketing forecasts and prepare monthly production plans in consultation with the PM, Production.
  • Develop monthly machine schedules in collaboration with the production & Operations, to maximize productivity and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Arrange weekly coordination meetings with subordinates to discuss planning, drawing, designing, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Plan and coordinate all related work required to develop new products.
  • Ensure modifications to cutting plans, boring plans, assembly drawings, and associated computer work are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the section.
